AP – Relying on information from the Department of Defense, The Associated Press reported erroneously April 19 that Spc. Joseph A. Kennedy, 25, of St. Paul, Minn., died April 15, in Helmand province, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when his unit was attacked. The Defense Department later said Kennedy died in Ghazni province.
